" By bidding on a firearm, receiver or ammunition you are committing to purchase the item for yourself and NOT on someone else's behalf. Note that the registered bidders name MUST match with the photo ID presented at the time of payment and also must match the ID of the buyer that is completing the required ATF form 4473/ NICS background check. No sale can be completed if these items do not match exactly. Also note that you must provide a CURRENT photo ID with your CURRENT address at the time of payment – expired ID's and ID's that do not match your current address cannot be accepted. Also, please not the age requirements for purchasing firearms and ammunition as stated below. You must pay for your firearm and the transfer fee before proceeding with the form 4473 and NICS check. If the NICS/FBI denies the transfer of a firearm into your name, the $10 transfer fee is not refundable, however the cost of the merchandise is refundable. The Trigger Group ltd reserves the right to deny the transfer of a firearm for any reason, without explanation, that is deemed applicable by The Trigger Group ltd.

Notice for Firearm and Lower Receiver Sales. You MUST bring with you a CURRENT photo ID (as described below), preferably a drivers license. You will be required to CORRECTLY fill out a form 4473 and you will be subject to an FBI background check (NICS). If you have a valid Ohio CCW permit that was issued AFTER March 23, 2015 then we can forego the NICS check if deemed applicable.

Pickup of Merchandise

Merchandise pickup is available only at our location: The Trigger Group Ltd at 530 Lakeview Plaza Blvd, Worthington, Oh 43085

Any customer who wishes to pick up stripped lower receivers or handguns must be a current resident of Ohio with a valid Ohio driver's license or state approved ID, with their current address reflected.

Long guns may be picked up by non-residents, provided they do so in person and the transaction is legal in both the transferee and transferor's state. The only exception would be permanent party military personnel, who would be required to provide a copy of their PCS orders, ID, and if they live off base, a state issued document (i.e. utility bill, vehicle registration) at time of pick up.

Does a customer have to be a certain age to buy firearms or ammunition from a licensee?

Yes. Under the Gun Control Act (GCA), shotguns and rifles, and ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 18 years of age or older. All firearms other than shotguns and rifles, and all ammunition other than ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 21 years of age or older. Licensees are bound by the minimum age requirements established by the GCA regardless of State or local law. However, if State law or local ordinances establish a higher minimum age for the purchase or disposition of firearms, the licensee must observe the higher age requirement.

What form of identification must a licensee obtain from a transferee of a firearm?

The identification document presented by the transferee must have a photograph of the transferee, as well as the transferee's name, residence address, and date of birth. The identification document must also be valid (e.g., unexpired) and have been issued by a governmental entity for the purpose of identification of individuals. An example of an acceptable identification document is a current driver's license.

A combination of government issued documents may be used to meet the requirements of an identification document. For example, a passport which contains the name, date of birth, and photograph of the holder may be combined with a voter or vehicle registration card containing the residence address of the transferee in order to comply with the identification document requirements. A passport issued by a foreign government is also acceptable so long as it has all of the required information.

Whether a hunting license or permit issued by a retailer meets the definition of an identification document is State law specific. This license or permit meets the definition of an identification document if the State in which the retailer is located has authorized the retailer to supply State issued documents. If the State recognizes the hunting license or permit as government issued, then this license or permit would qualify as being government issued for the purposes of supplementing another government issued identification document.

A description of the location of the residence on an identification document, such as a rural route, is sufficient to constitute a residence address provided the purchaser resides in a State or locality where it is considered to be a legal residence address.

Firearm Shipments

WE SHIP ONLY TO VALID FFL DEALERS.
Please note: Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers.
Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms.
Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer.
The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.

If you order a handgun, stockless shotgun, complete AR or AK receiver, or stripped lower receiver, YOU MUST be:

1. A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.
2. 21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.
Exceptions - Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines.
Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.

P.O. Box Shipments/Restrictions

Please note: Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
PSA abides by all Federal Regulations regarding hazardous material shipped through United States Postal Service.
A hazardous material is any article or substance designated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as being capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health, safety, or property during transportation. This includes, but is not limited to:

· Minor Blast/Minor Projection Hazard- Ammunition

· Oxidizing Substances- Batteries

· Flammable Solids-Black Powder

· Flammable and combustible liquid- Cleaners, oil, and aerosol cans

If you wish to order any hazardous material, you must provide a physical address for shipment through UPS.

Return Policies

A. Firearms, Ammunition, and Clothing:

All sales of firearms, loaded ammunition and clothing are FINAL, and returns are NOT ACCEPTED.
Once a firearm is transferred to a customer's name, Palmetto State Armory will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstance.
If a defect is discovered by the customer after shipment and transfer of ownership, the customer must contact the firearm manufacturer directly for replacement or repair.

Ammunition Purchasing Restrictions

The Trigger Group ABIDES by all state regulations regarding the sale of ammunition.

- You are at least 21 years of age (for handgun ammunition) or 18 years of age (for rifle ammunition).
- By purchasing ammunition, you are not violating any local, state, or federal laws.
- You have not been convicted of any felony, a misdemeanor of domestic abuse, and you are not chemically dependent.
- You have no legal restraint that would prohibit you from possessing, ordering, owning, or transferring ammunition.
- You have never been committed to any mental institution, or been adjudicated as mentally defective.
- You will not sell ammunition to any minor.
- You cannot have ammunition shipped to a post office box.
- You do not live in a state, city, or county that prohibits you from owning, purchasing, or transferring ammunition.
- Customers who order ammunition in states prohibiting the order of ammunition will have their orders cancelled and a 5% restocking fee will be charged.

The Trigger Group will not ship ANY items to the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.).

The Trigger Group will not ship ANY AR or AK Parts or Firearms (Including Receivers) to the City of Chicago, Illinois.

The Trigger Group will not ship ANY AR or AK Firearms (Including Receivers) to Aurora, Highland Park, or Cook County, Illinois.

The Trigger Group will not ship any handguns to CA that are not on the DOJ roster. This includes Single Shot Exemption conversions.

No AR parts will be shipped to Connecticut or Massachusetts. All such orders will be cancelled and the customer will be charged a 5% fee.

Stripped lower receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states:

- Connecticut
- Massachusetts

Complete AR and AK receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states:

- California
- Connecticut
- Maryland
- Massachusetts
- New Jersey
- New York

Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to the following states:

- California (No "assault weapons" can be shipped.)
- Connecticut
- Maryland
- Massachusetts
- New Jersey
- New York

The Trigger Group DOES NOT ship high-capacity magazines (those greater than 10 rounds) with firearms to the states listed below. We WILL NOT replace high capacity magazines with state compliant magazines. We DO NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash and Credit Cards only. Credit Cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card. Sales Tax will be collected where applicable. Payment will be collected at the time of pickup. If Items are to be shipped, arrangements and payment are required prior to the end of the scheduled pick up date and time. We have a buyers premium of 10% added to the end of your invoice. A 3% transaction fee will be charged for all credit card Transactions.

Buyers Premium

A buyers premium of 10% is added to the end of each invoice this is to cover the cost of the bidding platform, marketing, administration etc.

Sales Taxes

Ohio residence only, a sales tax may be applicable for items in warehouse locations unless you have a tax exempt certificate on file with our company.

Shipping Terms

We always encourage items to be picked up in person, but if that is not an option we can ship small items for you. We use a professional shipping company to pack and ship your items. The shipping company will contact you directly for shipping charges. We charge a $5.00 fee to take items to the shipper, we do not ship furniture or large items.

Terms & Conditions

Bidders are responsible for their own removal of items purchased. Items cannot be transferred to an alternate location. Therefore, it is necessary to pick up the items on the date and time stated. Any items NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned. No refunds or charge backs will be granted due to lack of removal at designated times. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will be released upon payment. No items will be released without a paid email receipt. Loading assistance MAY BE available if specified, IF NOT please be prepared to bring help and equipment to load your items. For small items, please bring sufficient packing materials and boxes.

In the case of an emergency and you are unable to make it to the pickup, PLEASE CALL the Auction Manager BEFORE the scheduled pickup time to let them know that you are unable to make it. However, you may send someone to pick up your items on your behalf, but you must call the Auction Manager to let them know in advance.

In the event of a discrepancy of an item, the Buyer must notify our onsite staff at the pickup. Once items are removed from location, the Auction Company and Buyer agree that no adjustment or refund will be made.

CAUTION: Varied equipment may be joined for demonstration purposes. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.

Catalog Inaccuracies: You are bidding on the described items NOT the photos. Occasionally the wrong photo is displayed always read the item description.

Warranty & Condition of Items Sold: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied by the lot number affixed to the item. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Please bid accordingly when you are not certain of the condition or use of an item. Should you have any questions regarding items in a particular auction, please contact the Auction Manager as listed below the auction information.
IMPORTANT! The Auction Company will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchase, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items.

Choose Wisely: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.
The Auction Company reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction - split or combine lots - add minimum bids or reserve prices - cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event - make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgments upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Venue will be Franklin County Ohio.

Liability: The Auction Company's and Seller's liability shall be limited to the refund of bidders purchase price.

This Auction has a 10% Buyers Premium. A Buyers Premium is a common Industry-wide practice. Sometimes called 'convenience fee', 10% of your purchase price will be added onto all of your purchases to help pay for the cost of Web-presence and software fees.

Please make sure the pick up times fit into your schedule before you bid, after the pick up has ended you will forfeit your items and still be responsible for any balance due on your account. Bidders not paying for the merchandise won, will be barred from participating in any future auctions.

If you don`t receive an invoice, please check your Spam File. Invoices are sent via email the same evening as the auction ends. Please check your "spam file" for 'outbid notices' and if you feel the invoice is delayed.

Please inspect all photos as to condition and finish of items being offered for auction. Pay close attention to the description and photos. If you have any questions please call the appropriate auction manager.

Getting Registered: A Credit Card is NOT required to register. All information provided for registration is accepted upon immediate verification, and random verification in the future. You must enter 2 different contact telephone numbers to avoid confirmation delay. Your registration information is matched against a 'program of probability'. * An area code not matching the zip code(as an example) will flag further investigation. Other mismatched registration information will do the same and may delay your getting a bidder number. * Do not a register a PO Box. * If another individual at the registered address has had bidding privileges suspended, this will prohibit any other individuals ability to participate in our auctions. * OUT-OF-STATE 'winning bidders' must contact us during (or before) the described pick-up hours to arrange payment and shipping.

The Management retains the right to end, delay or extend the length of an auction or the time and location of pick-up, for any reason. Although not common in the industry there are factors such as Severe Weather, Civil Emergencies, Road Construction, Death or Legal Disruption of the Estate.

Registration: If you are a first time bidder and would like to participate, click on the ‘register’ button (located above the title to the right). You will be redirected to a Registration Page, where you will submit the required information. You will then be emailed a Bidder Number, which you will use for each auction. This number is to be used over and over again. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RE-REGISTER FOR A NEW NUMBER EACH TIME. Do not share your bidder information, as you are responsible for ALL bids placed under this Bidder Number. It is important that you update your Bidder Profile, should the information change.

Placing your bids: Once you have signed in under your Bidder Number, the Current Amount is indicated, followed by the next required bid. You may enter that amount or place a higher bid under ‘Your Bid’ window. You will be advised if you are the winning bidder at this time. Bids must be submitted per page. You should immediately review your bids once submitted.

Max Bids: The ‘Max Bid’ feature allows you to set the Maximum price that you are willing to spend on that item. Max Bids are NOT disclosed! If someone places the next required bid, your price will only increase according to their bid. You should immediately review your bids once submitted.

Bidding Errors: If you mistakenly increase your own bid, place your bidder number in the bid field, or make a typo you must immediately contact Sherman @ 614-915-4540 or by email sherman@capitalcityonlineauctions.com. Bids can not be reversed after the auction has closed - no exceptions.

Bid Notification: If you have been outbid, you will be notified by email ONLY, until Midnight EST the night BEFORE the auction ends. If you win any items, you will receive an invoice by email ONLY. You are responsible for checking your email. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, please check your SPAM folder first. If you still haven’t received an email, you must notify us by email no later than 9am the next day. Your invoice will detail date, time, and location of pickup.
