When will I receive my invoice?

  • All invoices are sent the morning after the auction has ended before 9:00 AM. If you have not received it please check your spam folder.

What if I can't make the pickup time?

  • If for some reason you can't come to the pickup, you will receive an invoice from Square by 8 PM the evening of the auction. This invoice must be paid by midnight, the day of the auction. If the invoice is not paid, the invoice will be cancelled and the bidder will be turned in as an unpaid bidder. If the invoice is paid we will hold the item for no longer than three weeks. After three weeks the items will be relisted with no refunds given. PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT HOLD LARGE/ OVERSIZED ITEMS OR LARGE QUANTITIES OF ITEMS BECAUSE OF SPACE RESTRICTIONS. PLEASE MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS TO PICK UP THESE ITEMS DURING SCHEDULED PICK UP TIMES! 

What can I do if my item is damaged? 

  • All items are sold AS-IS -UNLESS- the item says "NEW". This means no refunds or exchanges. The photos used are stock photos and are representative of the merchandise. We highly recommend you attend the preview to make sure the item is of your satisfactory. Items  must be inspected before they are taken home. Once an item leaves the warehouse it cannot be refunded. No exceptions.

Why is the item extending time?

  • All auctions start to end at a certain time with 2 items per minute. If somebody bids within the last 5 minutes, the item will extend another 5 minutes and so on until all bidders stop bidding on that item.

What do I do if I made a decimal error?

  • Email info@CCOA.EMAIL immediately. Please include: Your bidder number, auction number, and item number. We will try to remove your bid as soon as possible, but it is not guaranteed that we can fix it before the auction has ended. Please also text Amber with the auction number, item number, and bidder number. Only bids with decimal errors can be removed. No other bids can. 

What is a preview?

  • Each auction has a preview time where you can go look at, open, and test items you are interested in. If you can not make the preview please contact the auction manager and they may be able to give you their best opinion on the item.

Why is my bidder number not working?

  • Your bidder number may have been deactivated for non-payment. Please contact info@CCOA.EMAIL and include you bidder number.

Can I have my items shipped?

  • At this time we do not provide shipping.

What if I no longer want the item I bid on?

  • We can only remove bids if there is a decimal error. If you simply do not want the item, we can not take your bid out.
Please remember-- Cash is preferred. We do accept credit cards for an additional 3.5%.

Payment Terms & Conditions: Accepted forms of payment are Cash and Credit Cards only. Credit Cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card. Sales Tax will be collected where applicable. Payment will be collected at the time of pickup. If Items are to be shipped, arrangements and payment are required prior to the end of the scheduled pick up date and time. We have a buyers premium of 14% added to the end of your invoice.

A 3.5% transaction fee will be charged for all credit card Transactions. Buyers Premium of 14% is added to the end of each invoice this is to cover the cost of the bidding platform, marketing, administration etc.

Sales Taxes: Ohio residence only, a sales tax may be applicable for items in warehouse locations unless you have a tax exempt certificate on file with our company.

Shipping Terms: Shipping is not offered through this location. Thank you for your understanding.

Terms & Conditions: Bidders are responsible for their own removal of items purchased. Items cannot be transferred to an alternate location. Therefore, it is necessary to pick up the items on the date and time stated.

Any items NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned. No refunds or charge backs will be granted due to lack of removal at designated times. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.

Purchases will be released upon payment. No items will be released without a paid email receipt.

Loading assistance MAY BE available if specified, IF NOT please be prepared to bring help and equipment to load your items. For small items, please bring sufficient packing materials and boxes.

In the case of an emergency and you are unable to make it to the pickup, PLEASE TEXT the Auction Manager BEFORE the scheduled pickup time to let them know that you are unable to make it. However, you may send someone to pick up your items on your behalf, but you must TEXT the Auction Manager to let them know in advance.In the event of a discrepancy of an item, the Buyer must notify our onsite staff at the pickup.

Once items are removed from location, the Auction Company and Buyer agree that no adjustment or refund will be made.

CAUTION: Varied equipment may be joined for demonstration purposes. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.

Catalog Inaccuracies: You are bidding on the described items NOT the photos. Occasionally the wrong photo is displayed always read the item description.

Warranty & Condition of Items Sold: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied by the lot number affixed to the item. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Please bid accordingly when you are not certain of the condition or use of an item. Should you have any questions regarding items in a particular auction, please contact the Auction Manager as listed below the auction information.

IMPORTANT! The Auction Company will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchase, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items.

Choose Wisely: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.

The Auction Company reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction - split or combine lots - add minimum bids or reserve prices - cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event - make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgments upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Venue will be Franklin County Ohio.

Liability: The Auction Company's and Seller's liability shall be limited to the refund of bidders purchase price.
